My IP is blocked. help!

    hi team,

     

    my account admin@sgads.com.au

    hasbbeen blocked and also my IP address.

     

    i need this back up and running asap for an invitation.

    please help me.

    Your account status is autosuspended. Your form is asking sensitive information like Credit Card Information. This is a violation of our terms of use. I had reactivated your account but you need to immediately delete the fields asking for Credit Card Information or you can delete the whole form. Your account might be suspended again if you don't do this immediately.
