Is there a plug in or function that would allow forms to be sent out on a schedule?

Hi,

I work for an events company, and need to send out several forms for our programs at pre-determined scheduled times. Is that possible with your platform, or an add on that can be used with your platform?

Thanks, that's a good start. Is there a way for a form to be emailed out to
people at a certain time?
For instance, I create a new form for a program on the 1st July. I want to
schedule an email to be sent out on the 1st June that contains a link to
that form.
Is that possible?

Unfortunately, you cannot set a schedule to send the Form Link to your user using JotForm. In JotForm, you can just manually share your form link via email: How to Send a Form via Email. However, you can try to use a different application to schedule email of your form link. You can check this article and see if this can help you: How to schedule Gmail messages to be sent later.
