Hi im a developer for a company called Nutrifaster and have been doing many submittals for them to test the forms. I just noticed im bumping up against the 100 submittal per month limit......ive only got 2 left! Even so this site is already in production so i am afraid of customers being refused service and impacting the business if i hit the limit.
Our business manager told me this morning he upgraded to premium. When will this take effect? Need immediately so i dont have customers being refused!! The account name is Nutrifaster.
Appreciate any help you can give. thanks!

Hello Roscoe. Once successfully subscribed with the proper details, everything should be automatic. As of checking, I noticed that the username was not entered properly that's why it did not reflect the upgrade on your account immediately.
I have manually upgraded your account now. If you still do not see the updated details, please try to log out and log back in to refresh your browser's cache.
