I am not receiving submissions to my email

    I have just started to not receive my submissions as someone registers. It is under my jotform submissions if I log in. I have also tried to send multiple tests to check my autoresponder and not received anything

    I checked the email logs of the email (otis@otisguymountainbikecamp.com) and I can see that the emails are being sent successfully to this email. You can also check your email history if the emails are being sent successfully or not. Here's a guide on How to View All Your Form Email History


    If you still can't receive the email, perhaps it landed in your Spam/Junk Inbox. If that happens, please mark them as not Spam.
