It seems I deleted my form

    Can I recover my deleted form?

    Normally you would be able to restore your deleted form by following our guide here: https://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms

    I checked your account though, and I don't see this form in the "Trash" section. Did you purge it from there too?
