    Hi, JotForm

    We have two requirements:

FTP access to the form database Data should be encrypted

Our company is currently using an in-house form data solution.

    Current process:

Form data is stored and encrypted in our server Access the database twice a day programatically via FTP. When we get the data we decrypt the data and use it.

If we were to move some forms to JotForm, would we be possible to do a similar thing as below?

Form data is stored and encrypted in JotForm database We access the database twice a day programatically via FTP (not api) When we get the data we decrypt the data and use it.

Would it be possible out of box with JotForm or alternatively with a third party plugin?

    Thank you

Unfortunately, this is not possible. You can integrate your FTP in the form, but there is no way you can access the data in our database by FTP.

For FTP integration, please follow the steps on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/177-How-to-Enable-FTP-on-Form-Submissions
