Feature Request: Separated CSV or XLS report attachement to the email of all new submissions.

    Hi,

    I see, I'm not the only one user who needs a separated email that is able to post-process, by all new submissions. I don't understand, why it is an unsolved problem.
    At this moment, I can get email with a pdf attachment only and it is impossible (or very difficult method) to get data from it for any post-process. Now I have to get 'integration' with Google Sheets and synchronize it with my Excel-workbook to make my processes with its data. It's working well but it is not an accessable, passable solution, because I have to download the whole worksheet when a new submission arrives, and my sheet has got 700-1000 new lines per month by submissions. To make syncronizing faster (and cheaper by 4G method), I have to make a copy of my form (with empty database) and integrate it again to Google and set to download in my Excel... I'm furstrated because of it.
    The normal solution would be the system of JotForm would send me a CSV or XLS report by email - instead of or with PDF version - separately, by every new submission, and then I could send it to my process by Excel (by macros) immediately, without synchronizing a whole database online, in every case.


    Please, help me, solve it, I think it would be a basic option by using an online form-server.

    According to my understanding, you are wondering to attach an XLS or CSV file of a submission to their email alerts. Unfortunately, there is no such a feature to send CSV or XLS files with the Notification Email etc. 

    Similar issue was raised to our developers as a feature request. Look at the thread below:

    I have also raised your issue to our developers now. When your issue was fixed, they will inform you via this thread. However, I cannot give you a time frame when or if the request will be implemented. It depends on the workload of our developers and the popularity of the issue.

    yes, you understand me correctly.
    Your answer is same as answers I got earlier time and as I see it, other customers also got it.
    I really think so, it is a basic feature of an online form service and I really don't understand how your developers can ignore it. It's an abnormal situation that I can't get a separated, able-to-process submission by email. I get 2-10 submissions per day with 80-100 filled fields and I have to download the whole database everytime from Google's server... The pdf attachment is only a 'good-to-view' notification, it isn't able to send to any macro for using in calculations.
    JotForm is an online service and your database gets all of submissions separately - I need to get it also, instead of an "all-in-one" full list of submissions, everytime. My request is very important, and is a very basic feature, to get a CSV or XLS file by email, submission by submission.
    Please your developers solve it, build it as soon as possible because now JotForm is not really optimal solution for a complex form processing.

    I understand. Please be noted that the feature requests are looked into based on the number of users requesting and the importance of it. I see that the thread is already forwarded to our backend team. However, the feature is currently on a low priority and likely to take a while to implement.

    There is no information yet on this feature request. As already mentioned this feature is still under low priority and likely to take more time to be implemented. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any ETA at this moment. If there is any news, we'll update you here.
