Characters are not readable in my forms

    what happened to my forms?

    all characters are not readable?

    i have forms in russian and hebrew

    People are working on them!

    Hello,

    I've checked your account and I've seen that most of your forms are in Russian and one of them named "1שאלון" is in Hebrew.

    As far as I see, there is not any problem with the Russian characters as seen below:

    Also, the Hebrew form looks okay as seen below:

    Could you please give me further information related to the issue? Could you please send a screenshot regarding how the characters look on your side?

    Hello, I'm assuming you're referring to this thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1104239 and that's correct. The issue has been fixed shortly after it was reported.
