I have checked our logs and could see your recipient address was in our Bounce List. However, they are not in our Bounce List now.
Also, I have sent a test submission to your form in order to check e-mails( Please ignore it). Then, I can see that my submission sent successfully to your recipient e-mails. As you can see below screenshot:
