Hello I have created a form that contains a Configurable list widget
The widget is not showing in Firefox using iFrame method
The form is here
http://xfllysay.n2.nodehost.ca/ Go to TOURS and click on the BOOK NOW
The form is added 3 times in the page (different BOOK NOW modals with prepopulated field for each modal) using iframe method
Firefox shows this in inspectorPage URL:

I'm not sure what's causing this, but I think it's because the form is placed inside the modal window. I will escalate this matter to our developers and if there are updates, you should know it through this thread.
For the meantime, you may consider linking the form directly in the button or place the form link in the modal.

Thanks for your answer,
fyi: I am using bootstrap
We need the form to be iframe inside the modal. Client approved this type of design.
The link to a lightbox form is working, but not for multiple instances of the same link inside an html file, unfortunately

I've just checked your webpage and I can see the widget loads on my end without any problem. Example:
I also checked the web console and did not find any error on my end, I've cleared your forms cache now and I would also suggest you to consider embedding your form using a different method, you may try with the lightbox method or using the source code to find if the same error happens.
I can see my colleague opened a ticket for this ticket too so our developers will further investigate the issue.

Thank you for your answer.
As mentioned in my first message, the problem is in Firefox. In chrome everything is fine

Any news on this?
(temporary we have switched the widget in our form because the client wants the website live.)
but we need the configurable list widget to be in the form

The ticket is already assigned. Once updates are made, our developers will let you know through this thread. For the meantime, use your current method in the form until this gets sorted.

Since it has been already almost a month, is there any way to fix this problem?
Jot form caused me trouble with the client (since he needed the "+ add new line" feature of the configurable list widget.
Please respond ASAP since I will be in the difficult position to refund the client. I have already cancel my jotform subscription since it is not giving me any added value for this project.
thanks in advance

Hello @christoschiotis - I understand the frustration, I truly do. As of now, we still haven't heard from our Developers. The least I could do to help is to ask for an update on your behalf and hope for some news as soon as possible.
I was hoping to take a look at your case but this page http://xfllysay.n2.nodehost.ca/ now shows a TWII server rack status instead of your website.
If you moved the embedded form elsewhere, kindly keep us posted so we can relay the information to our developers if needed.

As I have already mentioned in a previous email, I had to remove the widget since the client wanted the site live.
The form is on yummypedals.gr website under Tours > Book but it doesn't have the widget.
The configurable list widget was not visible if it placed in bootstrap modal, under firefox browser.

Hello, sorry for the late update. As further testing, your form was incorrectly integrated. You used iframe yes, but it's not the right way. The script tag that is responsible is missing. You instead modify the src of the iframe to load your form directly.
That could be one of the cause why the widget isn't working. I could be wrong, you probably changed the way it loads compared before. But anyway, I tried to load a form with the widget inside a modal and it works perfectly. Can you test it again if you have the time.
