I upgraded my account but the non-profit discount is not applied.

    On 3/27 we resubscribed for the Bronze package  thinking that we would automatically be grandfathered into the nonprofit discount that we had before.  Then it was not granted and we had to reapply for the Nonprofit rate.  Are we able to receive a refund so that we get the 50% off discount that we are not granted for being a 501-C3?

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I have taken care of your account issue. I have gone ahead and processed the 50% refund as your non-profit discount is already approved. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    I have also switched your account to bronze yearly non-profit plan. Please sign out from your account and sign in again for the changes to reflect.
