Not really a question, but I have had 2 people contact me today that they cannot download the spreadsheets with new submissions. They both have permissions. When I go in and check, I can see the submissions and download the spreadsheet for them.

Is the issue related to form shared by user "TDAHelpdesk"?
Can you please let me know the email address of the users who is having this issue with? I did check account of user "TDAHelpdesk" and found it have several users.

- leeanndumasAnswered on March 28, 2017 at 03:45 PMThese were people that I had shared the submissions with so they do not have an account and their email address is not registered with you. I have password protected the submissions and given that and the link to them. They have downloaded from that page multiple times, but were unable to do so today.
Both of them were connected to my account – email@example.com
