    Downloading full source code throws an error

    Asked by blackbear88 on March 28, 2017 at 01:14 PM

    {"error":"Cannot create zip archive in Form::createZip function.","success":false,"duration":"0.769"}

    I just rebuilt my forms using 4.0. I published a form 2 days ago and my customers were receiving an error message about the credit card field. I tried to correct the error.

    Today I rebuilt the reservation form again. When I tried to download the source code the above error appeared.

    Hello Valerie, downloading the Full Source code of a form works as intended when I tested it. Since you have 2 Registration forms, I tested them with both.

    Here's how it looked like from my perspective:

    I'm using Chrome Incognito for these tests so it may be a good idea to try clearing your browser's cache and cookies to see if that will help.

    If the issue still persists from your end, let us know what browser you're using (including the version), along with any particular/special steps that we need to perform to see the problem.
