Can I download my form into Microsoft Word?

    I understand I can download my form to a PDF document, however can I download into a MS word document?

    I'm afraid it is not possible to download your form to a Microsoft Word document, but you may research software solutions that convert PDF files into MS Word files, and use them on the PDF form you can get from here.
