How do I use the GPS location widget so that it displays a map and is useable on the form?

    I applied this GPS location to my form - it shows that it is there by the 'title' text, but no map shows up, even though I have activated my Google API key and indicated in the settings that a map should be displayed.  Nothing happens with this widget.  What am I doing wrong?

    I have used the update widget option on your form, it seems to be fixed the issue.
