How can I limit the number of times an option can be selected

Hello,

I would like to have a table available for people to select and sign up.

Once they have selected that option, it is no longer available for someone else to choose. How do I make it so that noone else can select the same option.. eg (only one person can select a specific time)..

There are a few different widgets that will allow for limiting the number of times an option can be selected.  Here are those widgets:

Each will allow for limiting the number of times an option can be selected.  Once the quantity available reaches 0, the option will be disabled.
