    Why am I over quota?

    My form says it has reached its quota, but I have only had 14 submissions this month and have removed the payment option. Please help

    Hello Heather, what you reached is the Receive 10 Payments (monthly) limit on the Free Plan.

    As of now, you're already at 11 payment submissions received. You may confirm this by going to your Account's Usage page.

    There are 2 ways to approach this:

    1. Either upgrade to any of our paid plans to remove that limit altogether. With any paid plan, you're only limited by the number of monthly submissions per month (regardless if payments were involved or not).

    Bronze = 1000

    Silver = 10000

    Gold = 100000

    (Free = 100 normal submissions / 10 payment submissions)

    2. Or just wait for the limits to be replenished on the 1st day of each month.

    In case you're wondering "what's the difference?" - A submission is considered to be a "payment" when you have a Payment Field added to one of your forms and a successful payment has been processed.
