I tweeted about JotForm but I did not receive additional submissions

    I tweeted about Jotform, but did not receive additional subscriptions. Can you please update it?

    Hi, thank you for contacting us.

    I have checked our systems for your account username and I did not find any entry for a tweet.

    Please make sure to start the process properly by clicking on the "Tweet about us" section of the Get More page, and following the steps from there, which would allow our systems to pick it up:

    Thanks Aidan. This is exactly what i did (please see the screenshot attached). I have also liked and commented on Youtube, but no added subscriptions. And now, when I try again, I got an error message, saying the the form does not allow multiple entries. I need to increase the submissions today, can you please help me?
