Why can't I enter HTML tags on the Header Field?

Asked by chrisjaeger on March 28, 2017 at 03:38 PM

I thought I could edit the header element HTML in the past?

    Did this feature get removed.

I need to customize the header text and put Complimentary Estimate on it's own line

It looks like you have now replaced the Header Field with a Text Field.

You're correct - Previously, we allowed HTML tags to be used on the header, along with other form fields, but due to security reasons (both for users and us), our Developers decided to disallow insertion of HTML tags altogether, except within the actual Text Field.

Seeing that you've managed to achieve your goal of customizing your form header, in case you need more help, don't hesitate to let us know.
