Theme Designer not loading

My theme designer is not loading. All I see is the loading splash page (orange with text). I've tried using multiple browsers and multiple computers.

I checked the theme designer and I am able to create new themes:

Let us know if you are still unable to create/edit themes on your end and we will take another look.  As far as I can tell though, it should be working at this time. 

I'm still not able to access the theme builder. I just see the splash page. Could there be an issue with my account?

I checked again in a few different browsers and I was able to create a new theme in each one:

If this is still not working on your end, let us know and we can look into this further.  From my testing though, it looks to be working.
