I have been having to submit documents multiple times which has been pushing against our premium quota because documents that have been successfully uploaded do not show up in my dropbox. The submission is recorded in the excel sheet but it is not properly uploaded.

But I was not able to replicate the issue.

Please remove the integration and try it again. Also, clear your browser's cache and let me know if the problem still persists
