How do we turn off the thumbnails that are being created on the cover page of what is uploaded to dropbox of uploaded documents.

    This happens randomly though we want to turn off the thumbnails of the files entirely.

    Can you please confirm if you were referring to the thumbmail image in the Dropbox side when using dropbox integration on your form.

    I don't think it is possible to do this since it is on the Dropbox side.

    If this is not the issue please provide more clarity about it and we will further check.
