How come my form (newly revised and saved) looks like the old version I had when I get a form completed and sent back?? The newer version appears but the old one is sent back to me? I cant find where I can adjust what fields are sent back and why should I have to? Cant the form be sent back to me exactly as I have it in for customers to fill out? Thanks Bob

Just to clarify, you're seeing the old form when it was sent back to you?
Are you referring to the email template or the form? I'm asking because your form stays the same whenever you open it.
If you are referring to the email template, I'd suggest recreating your email notification. Delete the existing notifications and create a new one.
If this is not what you mean, kindly give us more clear details about the old form you mentioned.
