Form builder matrix table is different on build than on the published form

We have built our admission application in JotForm but when we preview or print the application several of the matrix tables display column headings that do not exist in that table. They do exist elsewhere in the form.

Also I tried deleting the input table and recreating it and was not able to create blank row labels. It kept adding the default ones in even if I took them out. I couldn't even delete them with the x because it was like the software thought they weren't there so it refused to delete them, but they were. And then even after recreating the table I have the same problem.

This makes the application unusable. Can you help?

    Thanks,

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you want the matrix tables to be displayed without the labels? I have checked your JotForm and see that there are few tables being displayed without the labels. I have also tried cloning your JotForm and make a table to remove the column names which worked fine. However, instead of empty space in the labels, they should be having a blank space which should work. Alternatively, you may also inject some custom CSS code to hide the labels of the matrix field.

Hope this information helps! Let us know if you are referring something different. We will be happy to help.
