Can my account be removed from autosuspend?

    I forgot my password and looks like after a few too many tries it was locked.  After requesting the reset I still can't get access

    Your account was auto-suspended by our Anti-Phishing System. I manually checked your forms and I noticed that the form (http://www.jotform.us/form/70767270781160) is asking for ImVU username which violates our Terms of Use. Please note that asking login credentials from the users of the form is against our Terms of Use and will automatically suspend the account.

    I have now removed the guilty field and re-activated your account. Please refrain from doing this so that you won't be suspended again.
