I get the wrong information after filling out my form

Hi,

Can you please help,

the form called "The biscuit shop ordering form" when a client fills out the form

it comes back with the wrong fields. Ive tried to look at the report it generates back but cant understand

where the fields follow with the form when it gets filled out.

The PDF that comes back seems to be correct but not the information on the email

is there a way to only get the report back but just as the pdf?

Could you please elaborate "it comes back with the wrong fields" ? Do you mean the data submitted is wrong or the order of the data is wrong?

when someone fills out the form I get the info back in an email and a pdf attachement

the pdf attachment is correct but the info in the email in incorrect the wrong data

if you look at the form and the email report part that comes back something is incorrent

and the other question is can you make it so you only get the attached pdf in the email and not

the data of the form so basically I get the pdf with the requested info and then in the email its seft

the same information. But I only want the pdf attached doc not the info in the email

You can edit the email content by going to Settings > Emails > Email Content

By editing the content you can either opt email without the submitted content or can change the oder of the submitted content as in pdf document received with email.

how do I setup the content to match the contect from the form or pdf.

for example the pdf that get generated is different from the contect in the email

what is the format so I can have the same? you are welcome to try in and test it send it to yourself

and then see if the info is corrent.

You could Discard the old Notification email and recreate a new Notification email. The new email created will automatically have the fields in the same order as in PDF.

Alternatively you can  edit the html part of the field content and move the content in order you want.

You can also copy and paste the content in the edit mode to change the order of the fields.
