I had sent a request for support several weeks ago and still have not heard anything. Right now what I put into your email editor for email formatting is NOT what is delivered. What do I need to do to fix this? Or is this just a bug in the system?
The line breaks make no sense and I'm not sure why they are appearing in the emails when delivered.

Can you please try re-adding the email notification on your form? Try first to delete and then add the Autoresponder email on your form and see if this helps to solve the issue.
