We need to cancel our subscription

    Hi, 

    We no longer need to perform online registration.  We need to cancel our subscription.  Please let me know how best to do this.

    Hello Robin,

    I checked your account and you're under the Bronze plan. Here's a guide on: https://www.jotform.com/help/341-How-to-Downgrade-Subscription-Back-to-Free-Account

    I went ahead and cancel your account. Your account will be downgrade back to free account on April 19, 2017.
