Emails not working properly!

    On my form users select their chosen radio box options. These options then get e-mailed to them.

    However for some reason, in the email they receive alot of the options they selected are blank which is impossible because all options are required to be selected.

    It is very important this gets fixed ASAP. Thank you.

    Hello,

    First of all, I have checked email addresses that you are using to get notifications whether they were in bounce list or not.

    One of them is in the bounce list and I removed.

     

    After that, I have checked your email logs from the Account>History. I controlled your email logs and I didn't saw any empty emails. In addition, as you mentioned that required fields should be filled before submit. 

    How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History?

    Please check your email logs and try to replicate the issue. If you replicate, please inform me. Provide more details/screenshots etc about your issue.
