When I log into jotform it tells me that I am almost out of form views and suggests I upgrade but I dont understand this as the current plan I am on (Bronze) inclues 10,000 form views and right now all my forms together (based on the analytics Jot Form provides) I am only at 2,294 views for all my forms combined. Why am I getting a message that I am almost out of form views? Once before I had my form disable because I reached my form view limit and it was nowhere close to 10,000 views for the month. Is the website correct in advertising the Bronze plan with 10,000 views per month? Please advise. Thank you.

Yes, under the Bronze plan, you have 10,000 form views per month.
Upon checking your account, I can see that you currently have 7849 form views. I checked all of your forms in Forms Analytics and here's what I see:
In order to see the total form views for the month of March, you need to go to Custom tab and set the date starting from March 01, 2017 to March 29, 2017. The form view monthly limit resets every first day of the month..
