Hi, I've had someone complete my contact form. It came thru to my email successfully but has now been resent thru to me another 4 times, and my client has received a 'thank you for your submission' email 4 times now too. What is going on? Help!Page URL:

If your user did not submitted form multiple times, then most likely after form was submitted first time Thank you page was not closed and after some time page was reloaded and that caused another submission.
I also made a test submission and form was submitted only once.
To prevent multiple submissions you can use Unique Submission feature or Unique question feature.
