Submission not completing

    Hi,

    We have World Pay linked to some of our forms but when an order is processed it is not automatically completing the submission.  It says it's waiting for confirmation so I have to manually authorize each submission....which obviously is time consuming and means our system is not automated.

    No matter how long the submission sits there it doesn't ever seem to self authorize.  The world pay payment has been successful and we can see receipt of payment but still the submission does not authorize.  Can you look in to this for me?

    Hi,

    I cloned your form (https://form.jotformeu.com/sportmad/70602215553346 ))and checked it.

    Can you please enable the " Payment Response URL " on the Payment Settings and see if this helps to solve the issue?

    Hello,

    Can you please re-do the steps provided here, it is not enough to check that box, you need to process the steps on your World Pay account:

    If the URL is not entered in the World Pay side, we can't track the submissions hence they become incomplete.

    Please follow the steps again if you already done, and turn back to us with the results.
