I am new to your site and have trouble getting it to work for me.

Asked by Althea Brown on June 29, 2012 at 05:25 PM

    Do you offer live chats?

I watched the short video offered but it is so small that my 60yr old eyes cannot read it.

I am not the most computer savvy person, but thought this would be a simple matter since I know what I

want and need to do. It isn't turning out that way. I do not understand what a URL is?

All I have so far is the heading. Herman W. Brown Memorial Reunion. Then when I click on another heading like name- it will not allow me to fill in my name as an example.

Earlier this year a form was begun by a friend before you had website difficulties, but that form is no longer available, or I haven't been able to find it. I need to get this done because our reunion is August 19th amd need to start getting shirts, decals and food ordered and paid for.

I would appreciate any assistance you could offer me at this point. The friend is no longer available so I need help.

    Thank you

    Althea Brown

    Hello Althea

An URL is a link to any web page , such as  http://www.google.com

Please refer to our guides section here

Browse the Getting Started and Share Forms sections, this last one is very important in order to display the form correctly into your web page

You might also want to know how to setup your form to recieve an email notification

I understand your form should have a payment section, so I encourage you to check the payment section

You can also check this template ready to be used. You would need to just add the payment section

If you still need further assistance let us know
