    After my form is completed, the PDF report that is emailed to me or accessed through "submissions" does not show the data in the configurable form. How do I fix this?

    Hello ccomeaux,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    With which form you are having this issue with? I did check few of your last edited form and non of them has any configurable list widget. 

    I did test this issue in one of my own form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. The submission PDF which I received does display the configuration list widget data correctly without any problem. Please check the screenshot below:

    The last submission has two configurable lists that are not showing on the PDF reports.

    Hello ccomeaux,

    I did check your form's submission page and it does display both the configurable list widgets correctly in the submission's page but does not appear in submission PDF. I am not sure what is causing this issue. I did clone your form and test submission does display the configurable list widget correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please clone the following form and see if this also does not display the configurable list in submission PDF:  https://form.jotform.com/70874826491972
