I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to say that changing the error location on the form? 

If so, you may try changing the error message from the advanced Form Designer.

Oh! Okay. Sorry for the misunderstanding due to the language barrier and the online translation didn't translate it well.

Since you want to verify the number between two numbers, it is possible with only a number field. However, the masking is not available with the number field. I see that the number field is already set with the minimum and maximum range, so that the user will not be able to submit the form.

You may also display a text field with the error message and setup a condition to display the message if the number is not in the range.
