I cannot receive reset password email

    Oi como vai? Meu nome é Helena, tenho uma conta no Jotform, no entanto, estou tendo problemas para redefinir minha senha. Não recebo um e-mail com um link para redefini-lo. Meu e-mail de conta é helana.ohara@hotmail.com

    Hi Helena,

    Thank you! I checked your email address helana.ohara@hotmail.com and I found it in our bounce list. 

    I have just removed it from our bounce list. So, you should be properly receiving e-mails from us. Please, could you try it again and if your problem persists, would you let us know?
