I recently emailed to cancel my silver subscription because we were no longer using JotForm for this time period. We usually use it every year from about January to March. I noticed that once the subscription changed all my previous submissions that I have done in years past have been deleted. If the subscription is upgraded again will I be able to see those again? Is there any way to have access to them without paying the monthly fee from March to December. We usually like to be able to access them for assessment or statistic purposes, even though we are not actively collecting any subscriptions.

Free accounts can stored up to 500 submissions. Submissions in excess of that will be hidden but can be restored with a Storage subscription or any subscription for that matter.
I restored the submissions in case you would like to download/export them to have a copy for your records. Since the account is still a Free one, they will eventually be hidden once again.
