I have a customer trying to pay via the Stripe Widget and when they checkout they receive "Invalid Hash".  How can I get this fixed?

I saw that you had four submissions, did those went through Stripe fine?

Since I didn't see this error before and I can not find the meaning of that error anywhere. So I'm wondering if this is an isolated case or it happened with some other users as well?

    Please let us know.

    Thank you!

The previous four submissions were from me.  I used a promo code to "unrequire" the Stripe Widget (making the tickets for free).

It is not an isolated case.  When the customer told me about it, I tried to buy my own ticket using my credit card and got the same error sign.

    Thanks!

    Thank you for additional information.

Can we ask for your permission to test your form and if you can enable it so we can test?

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

You have my permission.  How do I make sure it is enabled for you test?

This is how your form appears at the moment, so it cannot be submitted:

By enabling the form so we could test it, my colleague meant to revert it to the state it was in when you were able to submit it.

I have cloned your form into my account for testing, integrated it with my Stripe account, and I could replicate the issue you were experiencing. Upon investigating it much closer, I see that the issue is caused by your promo Text Box field not having any label set up - it is recommended that all form fields have their own labels.

Please simply set up a label on your field where users enter their promo code, and your form will be submitting fine:

Please try it out, and let us know should you need further assistance. Thank you.
