Prevent editing when forwarding form submissions

I receive the email when the form is submitted. I would like to forward on the email once I receive it to the right person based on the information I receive. However, the editing option is still available when i forward it. How do I send a copy of the form that is not able to be changed? I do not want to do it as  PDF because it loses the formatting.

If I understand your question correctly, You're looking to forward the form with the submission, but you don't want the person receiving it to edit the submitted value?

My process of thinking at the moment, is that you can achieve that by setting a few conditions to disable certain fields if the form is in edit mode.

You will need the Get Page URL widget. This widget will help you identify if the form is being filled out for the first time, or if the link will load the form in edit mode.

First, please add the widget to your form, using the following link:

After you've added the widget to your form, You can set up conditions with the following logic:

IF Get Page URL value is Edit

THEN disable fields

to do so, please follow the steps below:

1. From the form builder, select SETTINGS

2. From the settings menu, select CONDITIONS

3. From the conditions menu, select ENABLE/REQUIRE FIELD

4. Create your condition, it should look like the following:
