How do I get the draft of the form entries?

I had a client fill out a very long questionnaire ,and it crashed when he clicked submit.

I remember before i could see ones that had failed to submit, and i could just download the draft that didnt finish 

Is this still an option? How do i do it? 

Are you referring to the Continue Forms later feature on the form? This feature enables to store the form filled information in the browser storage so that if the form is opened again, the fields will be filled automatically. However, this feature works only when the form is opened using the same browser on the same PC. If you want to enable the user to be able to view the filled form on different PCs or browsers, you may consider using the session parameter method as provided in the guide below:

I have cloned your JotForm and see that the option Continue Forms later is disabled and so the information cannot be retrieved. It is required to fill the form again.
