Survey data from before November 2016 is missing

Hi,

We have a lot of older surveys in our account which we still use for data, and it looks like a lot of that data has randomly gone missing. Almost everything from before November 2016 has disappeared. I was wondering if there was a reason for this, or if we can get our data back. Thanks!

I have checked and currently you have 602 submissions stored on your account.

I also saw that your account was upgraded to Bronze plan on Jan 30, 2017. For free accounts total submission storage is 500 submissions. Most likely before you upgraded your account your oldest submissions were removed because of this limit. 

I have restored your submissions. Now you have 1964 submissions on your account.

Thanks for your quick response! That makes sense - I thought it might be something related to that. We switched our account manager for Jotform last year but did not update the original email associated with the account, so missed updating our credit card before we were downgraded. It looks like everything is there now, thanks so much for your help!
