It seems to be malfunctioning. It shows a spinning working icon but never stops.

I have just checked and it seems to be fine on our end, I was able to download multiple PDF forms, the issue could be an issue at your end. Please check your browser and delete your CACHE and cookies, and try again.

It works on Safari but not on Google Chrome off of a MacBook Pro. Just thought I'd let you guys know. I did this after I cleared my cachet and had no luck with the Chrome platform.

I also could not reproduce the issue reported at this time. I test creating the PDF form version of your form and it was successful.
I used Chrome browser as well. Actually Chrome browser is our recommended browser to used on our Form Builder.
Please do try again. I suggest you try also using the Chrome browser in incognito mode just to be sure no browser cache was interfering with the process.
