I can't find where I change if duplicate entries are allowed

    On the old system, there was a setting that allowed multiple entries from the same person. I can't find that setting. 

    Meanwhile, I have someone trying to fill out the form, and it says duplicates are not allowed. I haven't gotten a first, so it shouldn't be a duplicate.

    I cloned your form and I saw that there is a Unique Question configured. Here's a guide on how to change it:

    1. In Form Builder V4, click the "Settings" button. Go to "Form Settings" section and then click the "Show More Options" button.

    2. Scroll down and you'll see the "Unique Question" option. As you can see, it is currently set to "Maryland Retail Sales Tax #".
