How do users submit form after completing it on Facebook?

    I have created and published my form on Facebook, but there is no button to submit the form. What do I 

    need to do so there is an option available for my users who complete the form to submit it?

    I checked the Facebook Page link you have provided (https://www.facebook.com/valisetravels/app/684336108254110/ ) and I can see that there is Submit button on your form. If the users fill out your form and click the submit button, you will be able to receive their responses on your form.
