How to display thank you page and then redirect to the same form?

My customer wants to display a thank you/acknowledgement briefly after form submission and then reload the form url. The intent is to use this in a kiosk kind of mode, so after submission they want the form page to be ready, they also want first submitter to know that their submission went through (I was redirecting to the form page,but they say people may be confused if their submission went through.)How to accomplish this?

How do I load a file to my jotform area? I was not able to find hot to do that...

You need to host the html file that you created on your server, not on JotForm. You will be using an external link to refer to the HTML page, once the page is loaded, it will redirect to your form. 

If you don't have a hosted website/host server, you can use any free hosting website and upload your HTML page to it.
