How to add a submit button on last page of the form?

We need to have a submit button on our last page but are having trouble doing so

I have checked  and you have only one form named PPT on your account. That form has only one page and submit button is shown at the bottom of your form. 

If you want to create multi page form you can add page beaks to your form. Page Break field is located at the bottom of basic fields. Simply drag and drop page break fields to your form.

You can also add submit button to your form.

If you have issues with some other form, please provide us ID of that form.
