Can we create feedback forms with JotForm?

we want to create a feedback form - interactive, so that our clients can just open the form, which we want to send out by email, tick boxes and then send us the form back by email.

We would not be linking this form to our website, publish online etc.  We just want to create an interactive form to send out by email, have the customers merely click boxes or add simple text and then email us back.

Does you application do this?  We only need to create about 3 different survey forms.

It is indeed possible to use JotForm forms to achieve what you kindly described and you will be able to take the forms links and send them over emails, without the need to publish these forms in any website or page.
