Set form autoresponders

I have created a jotform but only the reciepnts receive emails, the person who fill the form doesn't receive any email. The link of the form is below

It looks like you don't have any autoresponders set on your form. In order for submitters to receive emails after submitting their forms, you will need to set autoresponders.
