Am I allowed to ask what credit card will be used?

For example, I'd like to add a checkbox field that reads "What type of credit card will you be using?"

and offer Visa | MasterCard | AMEX as the options. Is this permitted?

Asking for the type of card should not be a problem with the form and it does not violate any terms with JotForm. Although it may raise flags as any question with such keywords triggers the filter. But if this happens, please let us know.
