Hi I bought paid version but the logo is still on the form, how to remove it?

For the Jotform Branding under the submit button, you have to uncheck it from your account settings page (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings).
For the logo/icon in the email, you can easily remove that in the email settings. Other than this, I don't see any logo in your form.
